watec 902h

i've been using the watec 902h for a couple of years now and found it very good . but some lads are now saying that the e700 is better.so i tried the e700 but i could not get it to beat the water at long range as eny body found they can.

I also have a 902h and have found it to be very good. A lot of lads are coming up with different camera ideas but im yet to see proof against the Watec.

I have just got the e700 camera tried it last night and is as good as the 902h if not better

Its a DCR PC 9E. forget the rest along with the N1000 Laser. The Best Spotter, well maybe a few years ago lol. For the back of the scope its got to be a Watec, ive heard about the 700 TV Line camera But if its that good how come there isnt any footage of it behind the scope ? im thinking of going back to the Lamp as this Night Vision Teapot is full of Bell ends on about this n that on other forums and they have only been at it 5 minutes. with Digi night vision The camera is only as good as the IR used ,The more powerful IR used its like Looking at a red filtered lamp from a 100 yards away. Anyone who is into Digi Night Vision will have Boxes of stuff all over the place, Money wasted. I know I have loads of shite in boxes and i also know pete has also as i Nick his stuff that he dont want . But come on lads if you want the ultimate Night Vision get a Gen 3. if you want A good Digi night vision go with the Watec or Thomson ir cameras. Whoops have i just said Thomson ir camera. The one used in outer space military grade. Thats the camera you Need. Go on the Star gazers forums and pick some info up for free. I may Look Daft But Im Far From It lol. ATB VF. Have you got the KT&c e700 because this is as good as the watec and for £68 with lens you can't go wrong

I think thats the camera that pete gave me but i could not get it working. he said that it was good when he used it. But this is how we end up with loads of stuff in boxes, as someone says buy this camera its great, then someone else says No buy this camera this one is better. and by the time you have done you have loads of crap in boxes . The only winners are the people selling the stuff, I guess its all down to how far you want to see or shoot. i'm no expert but whatever camera is used without Good IR Lighting its No good at all. and the size of some of the lamps they are using now is Getting daft. ill stick to what ive got as it works for what i want to shoot and see. I no what you mean John I have a lot of stuff that is no good to me like you ,I am using it with a 66mm ir for foxing and I can see a long way past that I can shoot with my 243 . But like you say if you are happy with what you have got that's it but I'm always looking for some thing better boys and there toys   

i have been using the sniper cam ad on for the last 2 years .but i sold it a couple of months ago .the watec unit is twice as good .as you say as a foxing unit it takes some beating. let us know how you get on with the e700
